Job Description
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted in the market. This role connects Product, Marketing, and Sales—translating product capabilities into compelling value propositions that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. You’ll own messaging, go-to-market strategy, and enablement to ensure our products resonate with the right audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for target audiences and segments
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product launches and feature releases
- Partner with Product Management to deeply understand the roadmap, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, case studies)
- Work with Demand Gen and Content teams to plan and support campaigns that drive pipeline and adoption
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy and messaging
- Define target personas, buyer journeys, and use cases
- Track product adoption, usage, and performance; translate insights into recommendations
- Support pricing and packaging strategy (as applicable)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles (B2B preferred)
- Strong ability to translate complex products into clear, customer-focused messaging
- Experience leading product launches and cross-functional GTM initiatives
- Solid understanding of sales processes and how to enable revenue teams
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS or tech-driven companies
- Experience in post-acute care, particularly with physician groups
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence and market analysis frameworks
- Background working closely with Demand Gen, Growth, or Brand teams
- Experience with customer research (interviews, surveys, win/loss analysis)
