Before joining LivTech, Mike served as CEO of Litmos, a leading learning management platform, where he guided the company through a period of significant transformation and growth. Previously, he held CEO roles at SalesVista, Nextech Systems, and NexTraq, successfully leading multiple organizations through market expansion, M&A integration, and product modernization initiatives.
His leadership is defined by an ability to bridge the gap between innovation and execution, creating environments where technology, people, and profitability thrive together.

Ron Kozlin is an accomplished financial executive with over three decades of experience guiding software and technology organizations through growth, transformation, and private equity-backed value creation. As Chief Financial Officer of LivTech, he brings extensive expertise with healthcare, SaaS finance, M&A, and operational strategy to support the company’s continued expansion across healthcare technology and services.
In addition to senior financial leadership roles across multiple software companies, including Nextech Systems, ClarisHealth, Pilgrim Software, and Fortress Technologies, Ron spent three years as a Finance Operating Partner with Francisco Partners, including interim CFO roles at Office Ally and Edifecs.
Known for his disciplined approach and collaborative leadership style, he excels at aligning financial strategy with business growth to deliver long-term value for customers, investors, and employees alike.
Natalie Shipley

Before joining LivTech, Natalie served as Senior Vice President of New Business at Nextech, a leading provider of EHR and financial management platforms for medical and aesthetic practices. There, she led strategic growth initiatives and helped expand the company’s market presence while building high-impact sales and revenue teams.
Her leadership is defined by a commitment to operational rigor, scalable processes, and intentional talent development. Natalie is widely recognized for her ability to build world-class revenue organizations where clarity, structure, and shared purpose enable teams to deliver measurable results and sustained growth.
Tracy Kim

Before joining LivTech, Tracy served as Vice President of Marketing at TigerConnect, where she led strategic marketing programs that drove significant pipeline growth and improved marketing efficiency while helping guide the company through two strategic acquisitions. Previously, she held leadership roles at GoDaddy as Head of Vertical Marketing and worked across major media and technology organizations including AT&T/Quickplay Media and NBC Universal/Comcast.
Earlier in her career, Tracy was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising marketing and technology clients across the United States and internationally. Her leadership is defined by an ability to connect brand, demand, and product strategy to build scalable marketing engines that translate innovation into measurable growth.
Andrew Goode

As Vice President of Development at LivTech, he brings a developer-at-heart mindset and deep technical expertise to guide the company’s engineering strategy and support the continued evolution of its healthcare technology portfolio.
Throughout his career, Andrew has worked across VC-backed startups and private equity–owned organizations, leading engineering teams responsible for designing scalable architecture and delivering high-quality products. His background spans both hands-on development and executive technology leadership, including serving as a Chief Technology Officer, where he helped organizations build strong engineering cultures and modernize their product platforms.
His leadership is defined by a focus on technical excellence, efficient product delivery, and empowering engineering teams to innovate with clarity and purpose. Andrew is passionate about removing technical roadblocks, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and building the systems that enable great products to thrive.

Formerly the CEO for a global senior living EHR and EMAR solution, she brings extensive industry experience to her role at LivTech. Now serving as Chief of Staff at LivTech, Kathleen aspires to support the leadership team to deliver our unified vision for the future of healthcare. Kathleen’s deep understanding of the industry supports her as a strategic contributor to LivTech’s success. Kathleen lives in Toronto, Canada with her two very active sons, husband, and dog.

Cara Greer leads LivTech’s Physician Division, bringing together ChartPath, PUREDI, and Sertus under one mission: making it easier for physicians, nurse practitioners, and care teams to focus on what matters most—patient care. With nearly two decades of experience in healthcare tech and revenue cycle management, she’s known for spotting solutions ten steps ahead of the problem and guiding teams through complex challenges with equal parts strategy and calm.
Before stepping into the CEO role, she served as President of PUREDI, where she helped transform a decades-old billing services company into a fully cloud-based platform serving practices nationwide. Her career includes leadership roles at PracticeSuite, SOC Telemed, and CareCloud, where she built client success teams, scaled operations, and shaped solutions that simplified life for providers.
Outside of work, you can usually find her at the beach, at a concert, or walking her dog, Riggins.
Jaime Ojeda

Jaime Ojeda has held senior leadership positions in companies from mid-stage (PE & VC backed) to Fortune 100. He has a proven track record of driving transformational growth for Healthcare SaaS and services businesses.
He has led healthcare businesses in analytics/BI, clinical decision support, workflow automation with three (3) companies successfully exiting to strategic acquirers. Most recently, as the COO of LUMEDX Corporation, Jaime drove record sales, annual recurring revenue growth and strong profitability leading to the successful sale of the company to Hg Capital / Intelerad Medical Systems.
Jaime started his career at 3M Company, where he was responsible for sales and business development, operations, M&A, product development and product marketing/management.
He earned his bachelor and master degrees from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. He is a 3M-certified Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt, certified DFSS Marketing Black Belt, and has authored six (6) granted U.S. patents.
