With 20 years of executive experience in growing software companies, Shawn has been a key part of the success of Servigistics (now PTC), Mitratech, RedPrairie (now BlueYonder), and E2open. Shawn holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State (Go Wolfpack!)
Lisa Baker

Lisa translates operational improvements into financial projections and outcomes. Lisa maintains responsibility for Compliance & Governance, FP&A, Tax, HR/Payroll, Accounting, and Benefits. Lisa also has a background in leadership coaching that we rely on daily.
Lisa’s accounting experience started with auditing at PWC, then shifted to learning the accounting ropes in several positions (ending as Controller) at Allscripts. Most recently she led financial improvements as the CFO of Burroughs. With the help of an ROTC scholarship, Lisa received her B.S. in Accounting at Wake Forest University (Go Deacs!) and served as an officer in the NC Army National Guard.

Experiencing the flaws in post-acute care during his father's last days motivated him to join Livtech as Chief Revenue Officer. John is committed to promoting LivTech's SaaS solutions to enhance care for the elderly in assisted living and hospice situations. He's driven to improve continuity in healthcare. For John, ensuring the elderly's well-being is more than a mission—it's a heartfelt commitment.

Chris has over 30 years of experience as a senior business and technology leader serving fortune 500 companies such as IBM and Fiserv. As LivTech’s head of technology, he is responsible for setting technology vision, overseeing technology operations and advancing technology solutions. He has deep experience with complex global project management and the Agile software development lifecycle. He has a passion for solving challenging customer problems by building world class teams, building innovative solutions, and establishing operations through the use of best practices. Previously, Chris led technology initiatives at Community Brands where he oversaw the digital transformation for both customer and company systems and solutions. Outside of work, Chris enjoys an active life including outdoor sports, hunting, fishing and motor sports. He has been married over 30 years and enjoys spending time with his three wonderful kids.

Now serving as Chief of Staff at LivTech, Kathleen aspires to support the leadership team to deliver our unified vision for the future of healthcare. Kathleen’s deep understanding of the industry supports her as a strategic contributor to LivTech’s success. Kathleen lives in Toronto, Canada with her two very active sons, husband, and dog.

Ben holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Université Toulouse III - Paul Sabatier in Toulouse, France. He is fluent in French, Croatian, and English. In his spare time, Ben likes to play tennis and build Lego with his sons.

Jaime Ojeda has held senior leadership positions in companies from mid-stage (PE & VC backed) to Fortune 100. He has a proven track record of driving transformational growth for Healthcare SaaS and services businesses.
He has led healthcare businesses in analytics/BI, clinical decision support, workflow automation with three (3) companies successfully exiting to strategic acquirers. Most recently, as the COO of LUMEDX Corporation, Jaime drove record sales, annual recurring revenue growth and strong profitability leading to the successful sale of the company to Hg Capital / Intelerad Medical Systems.
Jaime started his career at 3M Company, where he was responsible for sales and business development, operations, M&A, product development and product marketing/management.
He earned his bachelor and master degrees from the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. He is a 3M-certified Six Sigma/Lean Black Belt, certified DFSS Marketing Black Belt, and has authored six (6) granted U.S. patents.

Buzz brings a passion for serving the Physician Practices industry. He has built multiple products focused on helping underserved patient populations and led large initiatives leveraging technology to improve quality and efficacy at the point of care. Most recently Buzz was the co-founder and CEO of Afoundria (now ChartPath, acq. by LivTech). In his current role, he aims to inspire the teams around him to never stop pushing to build a better system for those that need it most. Buzz holds a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University and lives in Austin with his wife (Jen), son (Noah) and dog (Kona). In his free time, Buzz invests in, advises, and serves on boards for early-stage health tech and health service delivery companies.
