Job Description

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Head of Growth to own and scale our revenue pipeline. Reporting to the CMO, you will lead a high-performing team — including Events, Campaign Execution, and Digital — responsible for building and executing full-funnel demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations at a PE-backed healthcare technology company operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the expectation to leverage AI for scalability and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Define and own the growth strategy across all channels to meet pipeline and revenue targets
  • Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product Marketing to ensure tight alignment on ICP, messaging, and pipeline goals
  • Build, mentor, and grow a team of campaign managers and channel managers
  • Present pipeline performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
Analytics & Performance
  • Own MQL, SQL, pipeline, and CAC targets — report on performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide full-funnel visibility from impression to closed-won
  • Apply a rigorous test-and-learn methodology across campaigns, audiences, and creative
  • Partner with RevOps to ensure accurate attribution modeling and lead flow processes
Budget & Vendor Management
  • Own the demand generation budget, optimizing spend across channels
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and MarTech vendors

    * Must be available to work East Coast hours and authorized to work in the US

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in demand generation leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and scaling pipeline generation programs at a high-growth SaaS or technology company
  • Experience managing small, high-impact teams 
  • Deep expertise in ABM, paid media, email marketing, and integrated campaign execution
  • Experience marketing to enterprise and/or mid-market buyers

    Skills & Competencies
  • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable owning revenue KPIs and making data-driven decisions
  • Excellent cross-functional communicator who can influence without authority
  • Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot as a core MarTech platform, with a strong understanding of how to maximize it across demand gen, nurture, and reporting
  • Forward-thinking approach to MarTech — able to evaluate and recommend tools that can enhance the stack, including AI-powered solutions for personalization, intent data, content, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Strong people leader who invests in team development
