Job Description

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who lives at the intersection of marketing technology, data, and revenue operations. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining the GTM infrastructure that connects our CRM, enrichment tools, campaign workflows, and reporting systems into a cohesive, reliable engine. You'll work closely with the CMO and cross-functional revenue leadership to ensure our tech stack is clean, connected, and driving actionable insight.This is the right role for someone who finds broken systems energizing rather than frustrating, and who takes pride in building things that actually work.

 

What You'll Do

HubSpot Infrastructure & Data Governance

  • Partner with RevOps to design and implement scalable data architecture, including parent-child company hierarchy, object configuration, and external ID mapping (DHC ID, NIC ID, CCN, NPI)
  • Design data governance standards and intake processes that keep the database clean on an ongoing basis — building systems that prevent data quality issues rather than reactively addressing them
  • Configure lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and pipeline stages in partnership with RevOps to accurately reflect the buyer journey and support attribution logic
  • Build and maintain HubSpot workflows to automate UTM capture, lead routing, and primary deal source attribution
  • Establish documented processes and standards for data entry, enrichment, and record management that scale with the team
Clay-HubSpot Integration
  • Own the Clay-to-HubSpot data pipeline: build, maintain, and iterate on enrichment flows
  • Connect Definitive Healthcare and NIC data into HubSpot account records via Clay
  • Ensure enrichment logic is accurate, deduplicated, and mapped to the correct object and field structure
  • Build suppression logic and audience segmentation based on lifecycle stage, account hierarchy, and enrichment data
Campaign Orchestration & Workflows
  • Build and maintain campaign orchestration workflows in HubSpot, supporting demand generation and BDR outreach sequences
  • Partner with campaign managers to translate campaign briefs into technical workflow builds
  • Maintain Zapier Enterprise automations that connect GTMtools across the stack
  • Support configuration and optimization of parallel dialer, LinkedIn, and Meta ad integrations
Reporting, Attribution & Dashboards
  • Build and maintain marketing and pipeline reporting dashboards in HubSpot
  • Implement multi-touch attribution models; ensure source attribution and UTM data is captured accurately and consistently
  • Connect Google Analytics and ad platform data to CRM reporting for closed-loop visibility
  • Surface data quality issues proactively and own remediation

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or GTM engineering
  • Deep HubSpot expertise — you've built and maintained a complex instance, not just used it
  • Hands-on experience with Clay or comparable data enrichment and orchestration tools
  • Strong understanding of CRM data architecture: object relationships, hierarchy, field mapping, and data governance
  • Experience building attribution models and revenue reporting in HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with healthcare data sources (Definitive Healthcare, NIC, NPI registry) a strong plus
  • Salesforce experience a strong plus
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment with high ownership expectations
  • Available during core Eastern Time business hours
