Job Description

We’re looking for a Deal Desk Manager to help drive efficient, scalable deal execution across the sales organization. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Finance, and Legal, ensuring deals are structured, priced, and approved in a way that supports both revenue growth and operational discipline. You’ll play a critical role in accelerating sales cycles, improving visibility, and maintaining consistency in how we bring deals across the line.

Primary Areas of Responsibility:

  • Partner with Sales to structure deals that align with company pricing and margin goals
  • Own the deal approval process, ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance
  • Provide guidance on pricing, discounting, and contract terms
  • Identify and remove friction in the quote-to-close process
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and RevOps on non-standard deal structures
  • Track and report on key deal metrics (cycle time, discounting, approval SLAs)
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and documentation to scale the function
  • Support rollout and enforcement of pricing policies and approval frameworks

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, RevOps, Finance, or Sales Operations
  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models and deal structures
  • Ability to balance speed with governance in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM/CPQ systems (Hubspot/Salesforce preferred)
  • Proven ability to improve processes and drive operational efficiency
