Job Description
We’re looking for a results-oriented Account Executive to drive new business growth for Qualis, LivTech’s Durable Medical Equipment (DME) optimization solution for hospice organizations. This is a consultative, value-based sales role focused on helping customers reduce spend, improve operational efficiency, and gain control over fragmented vendor environments. You’ll own the full sales cycle and work directly with executive stakeholders across hospice organizations.
Primary Areas of Responsibility:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, consistently achieving or exceeding assigned quota
- Build, manage, and maintain a qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets
- Lead consultative discovery conversations focused on cost, compliance, and operational gaps
- Quantify return on investment (ROI) and present a clear, compelling financial case for change
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and clinical and operations leaders
- Navigate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles to successfully close multi-location hospice agreements
- Develop and expand relationships across hospice organizations and the broader healthcare market
- Lead with a value-based sales approach, differentiating on impact rather than price
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a strong understanding of the provider landscape
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling into provider organizations, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Strong consultative selling skills, including the ability to uncover needs, align solutions, and drive value-based conversations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hospice, home health, or DME experience
- Background selling SaaS solutions or services within post-acute care settings
- Proven ability to sell based on ROI and financial impact
- Established relationships within the hospice market
